What Zoho’s AI can do for your business today
By Dr. Vinay Joshi, AI Evangelist, Suvichar Technologies · October 27, 2026
Zoho is building AI across its ecosystem. Its assistant, Zia, appears in several Zoho applications, and the list grows over time. For a small business owner, the useful question is simple: what does it do, and what does it need from me?
What Zia features typically do. Depending on the app and your plan, Zia features can score leads, flag deals that may stall, highlight unusual patterns in your numbers, and answer questions in plain language. They can also help you draft text and find information faster.
What it needs from you. Zia works from your records. It needs:
- Clean customer and deal data, so its suggestions match reality.
- Defined stages, so a “won” deal means the same thing to everyone.
- Someone who reviews the output, so a wrong suggestion is caught early.
Check your edition. Feature availability depends on the Zoho app and the plan you hold. Confirm what your edition includes before you plan around a specific feature.
How to start. Switch on one feature, measure whether it changes a decision or saves time, and then decide whether to expand. Do not turn everything on at once.
As a Zoho Partner, we set up the data and the workflows first, so Zia has something accurate to work with. If you are already using Zoho, a short review can show which AI features would pay off in your business.
